Refund & Return Policy

At PS Medicos, we strive to ensure that you receive the exact medicines and healthcare products you ordered, safely and on time. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return a product. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and fully compliant with Indian pharmacy regulations.
Note: Medicines are highly regulated health products. For safety, hygiene, and legal reasons, certain restrictions apply to the return of pharmaceutical goods.
1. Valid Reasons for Return
We gladly accept return requests within 24 hours of delivery under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Product Delivered: The item delivered does not match the item ordered or the prescription provided.
- Damaged or Defective Goods: The packaging is visibly damaged, or the product is defective/broken upon delivery.
- Near Expiry/Expired Products: We maintain strict inventory controls, but if a product delivered has expired or has an unacceptably short shelf life, it is fully returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered:
- Medicines that have been opened, partially used, or have broken tamper-evident seals.
- Temperature-sensitive products (e.g., Insulin, Vaccines, certain eye drops) that require strict cold-chain storage.
- Surgical items, wound care, and dressing materials.
- Personal care, hygiene products, and cosmetics.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or special non-returnable promotional offers.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your situation meets the valid reasons for return, initiating the process is simple:
- Contact Us Immediately: Reach out within 24 hours via WhatsApp (+91 87170 43474) or email us at support@psmedicos.com.
- Provide Proof: Send us clear photos of the product (showing the defect or incorrect item), the batch number/expiry date, and your original invoice.
- Return Pickup: Once approved by our pharmacist, we will arrange a free pickup of the incorrect/damaged item from your delivery address.
4. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds can be provided as instant store credit for your next purchase, or transferred to your bank account via UPI within 1-2 business days.
- Prepaid Orders (Cards/UPI): The refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
5. Order Cancellations
Because we pride ourselves on lightning-fast 10-15 minute delivery, the window for canceling an order is extremely short. If you need to cancel an order, please call us at +91 98765 43210 immediately. If the order has not yet left our pharmacy, it will be canceled and fully refunded. If the order has already been dispatched, standard return policies will apply.
